A FAMILY TRADITION
In 1980, Abraham Hannah could not find the protein-rich food he so enjoyed in his native Lebanon. Before he mastered English, Hannah set up a kitchen to produce an authentic recipe taught to him by his wife. Hommus was prepared and delivered to Kosher and natural food stores throughout the greater Boston region.
Business proved to be so successful, Abraham recruited his son George, to expand their products into supermarkets. George has grown Hannah into a multi-million dollar manufacturer of authentic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern gourmet foods.
